Amazon Ads integration
Bring Amazon Ads Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and DSP data into Dashworx and weigh ad spend against total marketplace sales, not just attributed ones.
About the Amazon Ads integration
Amazon Ads covers two very different kinds of buying. Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display are self-serve ads targeted by keyword or product inside the Amazon store. Amazon DSP is a programmatic platform that reaches audiences on and off Amazon using Amazon’s shopping signals. Both report through the Amazon Ads API, but with different metrics and attribution.
Dashworx brings in spend, impressions, clicks, attributed sales and orders, ACoS and ROAS, with breakdowns by campaign, ad group, keyword, search term and ASIN. Each marketplace is its own profile with its own currency, and attribution windows vary by ad type and by whether you sell as a seller or a vendor, which matters when comparing them.
Many Amazon sellers track TACoS, total ad spend as a share of all sales, because advertising and organic rank feed each other. Bringing Amazon Ads into the same model as your Amazon sales data and your direct-to-consumer store helps you judge whether advertising is growing the business or buying sales that would have happened anyway.
