Shopify integration
Bring Shopify orders, products, inventory and customer data into Dashworx and see store performance next to the marketing spend that drives it.
About the Shopify integration
Shopify holds the commercial record for most direct-to-consumer brands: every order, refund, discount code, product variant and customer. Through the Shopify Admin API, Dashworx brings in orders with their line items, taxes, shipping and discounts, alongside products, variants, inventory levels by location, customers and returns. Because Shopify records gross sales, discounts and refunds separately, Dashworx models them into net sales you can reconcile with your finance reports, rather than the headline figure on the Shopify home screen.
Shopify Plus merchants use the same connection. If you run expansion stores for different countries or currencies, each store is connected and Dashworx aligns them, so markets can be compared like for like or rolled up into a group total. B2B orders placed through Shopify’s wholesale features sit alongside direct-to-consumer orders and can be split out by company or catalogue where your store uses them.
With Shopify next to Google Ads, Meta and GA4, you can see which channels bring in first orders and which bring customers back, and which products still carry margin once discounts and returns are counted.
