Salesforce Commerce Cloud integration

Salesforce Commerce Cloud runs the storefronts of many enterprise retailers, often with a separate site for each brand, country or language. That structure suits trading teams but makes reporting hard: orders, promotions and catalogues are split by site, and each locale may trade in its own currency.

Dashworx connects to Commerce Cloud to bring in orders with their line items, shipping and payment status, along with product and catalogue data, price books, promotions and coupon redemptions, and customer profiles. The Dashworx team maps each site so that order data can be aggregated across brands and regions or compared site by site.

Once modelled, Commerce Cloud sits next to the marketing platforms that send it traffic. You can see revenue by site and category against paid media spend, check which promotions lifted average order value and which only discounted sales that would have happened anyway, and give regional teams a view of their own storefront within the group picture.
