Snowflake integration
Read tables from your Snowflake account into Dashworx, and write modelled marketing and eCommerce data back to Snowflake for your data team to build on.
About the Snowflake integration
Snowflake is a cloud data platform that separates storage from compute. Data sits in databases and schemas, and queries run on virtual warehouses that are sized and billed by the credits they consume while running. Access is governed by roles, so what any connection can see depends on the role and warehouse it is granted.
Many larger brands already centralise finance, ERP, inventory and CRM data in Snowflake, often loaded through their own pipelines. Connecting it as a source lets Dashworx read the tables and views you choose and model them with your ad platforms, store and analytics data. Stock positions, landed costs or budget tables can then sit in the same dashboards as spend and revenue, without being rebuilt somewhere else.
Most teams have their Snowflake administrator create a dedicated role and a small warehouse for Dashworx, limited to the schemas involved. That keeps credit use visible and access easy to audit.

Send Dashworx data to Snowflake
Dashworx can load its modelled data into a Snowflake database and schema you nominate, giving your data team analysis-ready tables for paid media, web analytics, CRM and commerce sources in one place, with consistent naming across platforms.
This is useful when Snowflake is your organisation’s system of record and marketing data needs to live there too: for joining to finance and supply chain data, for data science work such as media mix modelling or demand forecasting, or for governance teams that want every reporting dataset under the same role-based access controls. The tables can also be shared with other Snowflake accounts through Secure Data Sharing if partners or agencies need them. Any compute used to query the data runs on your own warehouses and credits.
