Claude integration

Make Dashworx metrics available in Claude, so your team can ask about channel performance, targets and trends in the AI assistant they already use.

About the Claude integration

Claude is Anthropic’s AI assistant, used by teams for writing, analysis and planning in its web, desktop and mobile apps. Claude can connect to external tools and data through connectors built on the Model Context Protocol, an open standard Anthropic introduced, which lets it draw on approved sources during a conversation rather than relying on pasted text.

For marketing and eCommerce teams, the useful part is context. A planner drafting a campaign brief, or a head of eCommerce preparing a board update, often wants current figures inside the same conversation: last month’s revenue against target, which channels drove new customers, how return on spend has moved by market. Copying those numbers from a dashboard into a chat is slow and invites mistakes.

Sending Dashworx data to Claude makes modelled, analysis-ready metrics available to the assistant your team already uses. Answers draw on the same definitions as your Dashworx dashboards, so a figure quoted in a Claude draft matches the one on screen. Dashworx’s own Conversational AI remains the home for questions inside the platform, alongside its dashboards and KPI alerts; Claude extends that reach into writing, planning and everyday work.

Send Dashworx data to Claude

Dashworx makes your modelled metrics available to Claude: revenue, orders, spend, ROAS, CPA and conversion rate by channel, campaign, market and product, together with KPI targets, month-to-date pacing and the definitions behind each metric. Claude can then answer questions or draft documents using figures that already match your Dashworx dashboards.

The reason is where people now work. Strategy notes, briefs and updates are increasingly drafted with an AI assistant, and they are only as good as the numbers that go into them. Giving Claude governed, analysis-ready data instead of pasted exports keeps those documents accurate and consistent with what the rest of the business sees. Dashworx remains the source of truth for the dashboards, targets and alerts themselves.
