The role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will help drive our outbound function by discovering brands and agencies looking to scale using Dashworx. You will own your pipeline, drive key stakeholder meetings, and work directly alongside our co-founder, Sam, to master your approach and drive further enterprise opportunities.

Your key responsibilities

  • Source leads and reach out to our ideal customer profiles with a confident, insight-led approach, hitting and exceeding monthly quotas for completed demonstrations.

  • Run segmented outreach campaigns and sequences to different market segments via email, phone and LinkedIn.

  • Encourage prospects to attend Dashworx events, webinars and summits through the year.

  • Travel, where appropriate, across the UK and abroad to visit prospects.

  • Develop your own approach to sourcing, engaging and closing senior industry stakeholder leads.

What you will bring

  • Prior cold-calling or outbound sales experience is essential. We welcome applications from driven graduates who have demonstrated this skill early on, as well as sales professionals looking to move into the data space.

  • Tech-savvy and highly adaptable, with the ability to learn new tools such as Claude and Apollo quickly.

  • A confident, well presented and eloquent approach, online and in person.

  • Comfortable explaining complex data concepts and directing stakeholder requirements based on platform functionality.

  • A genuine conversational passion for sales and building relationships.

  • Highly self-motivated and resilient, thriving on hitting targets and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

  • Exceptional time management, and comfortable with paid travel across the UK and abroad where required.

Recruitment process

  1. Intro call (online) Thirty minutes with the hiring lead.

  2. First-stage (online) competency interview with a member of the sales team.

  3. Second-stage (online) practical task and meeting with the co-founder.

  4. Final-stage interview (in-person) with our non-executive director and the co-founder.
